e.l.f. & iHerb Hauls

e.l.f:illä oli hyvä tarjous muutama viikko sitten: jos ostoskorin summa ylitti £30, niin siitä sai -50% alennuksen. Minun on jo pitkään pitänyt hankkia uusia siveltimiä, joten nyt oli pakko pistää tilausta menemään. iHerbiin piti myös tehdä tilaus, koska viimeksi tilaamani probiootit alkoivat olla lopussa ja lähtihän siltä mukaan muutakin.
e.l.f. UK had a really nice sale couple of weeks ago: you got -50% off if you spent over £30. Couldn't resist that, especially when I really needed new brushes. I also had to make an order to iHerb 'cause I was running low on the probiotics I ordered last time.

Siveltimiä en ole vielä päässyt kokeilemaan, koska ne piti tietysti pestä ensin. Mutta ne tuntuvat niin pehmoisilta. Elf:iltä minulla on ennestään poskipunasivellin, joita olisin tilannut toisenkin, jos ne eivät olisi olleet loppu. Myös Eco Tools:ilta minulla on ennestään siveltimiä, joista pidän todella paljon. Tätä kabukia on kehuttu paljon, joten pistin sen mukaan tilaukseen (hintaa tuolla oli vain $7.50). Eco Toolsin siveltimiä myy Suomessa ainakin Ruohonjuuri ja Hesan Stockmann. 

I haven't tried the brushes yet 'cause I had to wash them first, of course. But they do feel so soft. I already have Blush Brush by e.l.f. and I would've bought another, but they were sold out. I also have brushes from Eco Tools and I love them. I've read so many good things about this kabuki, so I decided to buy it 'cause I don't own proper kabuki (and it cost only $7.50).

My eye make up is pretty much the same as HERE.  

Ehdin siis kokeilemaan jo tuota HD puuteria ja Cool Bronzeria. Ja tykkään kummastakin. HD puuteri on todella hienojakoista (melko pöllyävää tavaraa), mutta se näyttää ainakin kuvassa tasoittavan ihon pintaa ja pitää ihon kivasti kiillottomana. Myös aurinkopuuteri tuntuu hyvältä ostokselta. Kevyesti laitettuna sitä voi käyttää varjostuksiin. Varsinaista aurinkopuuteria en osaa oikein käyttää ja kalpeuteen tottuneena vierastan "tervettä hehkua/väriä" kasvoilla. ;)

I tried the HD Powder and Cool Bronzer this morning and I like them both. HD powder is very finely milled, so it's quite dusty. But it seems to even out my skin (at least in the photo) and it keeps my skin shine-free. I'm also liking the bronzer. I've never really used bronzer as it should be used, so I mainly use it for contouring. I've always been pale so 'the healthy glow/color' is quite strange to me. ;)

Tällä kertaa tilasin 3 lakkaa. (Postikulut oli $9.99.) Kaikissa on ns. 'glass fleck'-koostumus, eli tuollainen hyvin kimmeltävä ja valoaheijastava, muttei kuitenkaan glitteriä. Olen viime aikoina ostanut pelkästään lakkoja, joissa on tämä koostumus. Se on vaan niin nätti ja näyttävä. :)
- OPIn Katy Perry-kokoelmasta 'The One That Got Away. Ihana, tumma marjaisa punainen.
- Zoya: Faye. Ensimmäinen Zoya-lakkani. Erikoinen ja ihana lakka: vaalean purppuralla pohjalla kultaista/persikkaisia kimalletta. Neutraali, jossa on joku juju.
- Orlyn Cosmic FX-kokoelman Halley's Comet. Mieletön hohtava turkoosi.<3

I ordered 3 polishes. All have glass fleck finish. It's very shimmery, but not really glittery. Lately I've only bought polishes with this finish. It's really pretty and showy. :)
- OPI: 'The One That Got Away' from Katy Perry collection. Lovely, dark, berry red. 
-  Zoya: Faye. My first Zoya polish. Unusual and pretty color: golden/peachy flecks on a light purple base. Neutral color with a twist.
- Orly: Halley's Comet from Cosmic FX collection. Awesome, shining turquoise. <3

Toinen tilaus tuli iHerbiltä. Sieltäkin olen tilannut kerran aiemmin. Tuo nettikauppa on ihan valtava, joten kannattaa etsiä keskusteluja tuotteista ennen kuin lähtee selailemaan; helpottaa sopivien tuotteiden löytämistä. Tosin itsekin löysin tällä kertaa maitohappobakteerit ja piparminttukapselit puolivahingossa. Postikulut ovat todella edulliset, kunhan paketin paino ja arvo ei ylitä tiettyä rajaa: 1800g/$80. (Omalle paketilleni tuli postikuluja huimat $4 ja paketti saapui viikossa.)
My other order was from iHerb. This webstore is *huge*, so you may want to read some forums etc. about their products before exploring. It makes things so much easier. But I found the probiotics and peppermint oil soft gels by accident. International shipping is very affordable when your package value isn't more than $80 and weight must be under 1800g/4lbs. (I paid whopping $4 for shipping and the package arrived in a week.)

- Desert Essence, Organics Body Care, Vanilla Chai Hand and Body Lotion, 8 fl oz (237 ml)
Ihanan tuoksuinen vartalovoide. Vaniljainen ja lämpimän mausteinen. Tältä Body Shopin Spicy Vanillan olisi pitänyt tuoksua.
Lovely smelling body lotion. Pleasant spicy vanilla. This is how Body Shop's Spicy Vanilla should have smelled like.
- Giovanni, Tea Tree Triple Treat Invigorating Shampoo, 8.5 fl oz (250 ml)
Olen ehtinyt kokeilla kerran ja vaikuttaa hyvältä. Shampoossa on viilentävä vaikutus. Puhdisti hyvin, mutta ei kuivattanut.
I've only tried this once, but I like it. It has a cooling effect. Cleansed well, but didn't dry out my hair.
- Giovanni, Smooth as Silk, Deep Moisture Conditioner, 8.5 fl oz (250 ml)
Tätäkin olen kokeillut nyt kerran ja tykkään tosi paljon. Teki hiuksista todella pehmeät parin minuutin vaikutusajalla. Tilaan varmasti uudestaankin.
I've also tried this once and I like it a lot. It made my hair so soft. I'll definitely buy again.

- Heather's Tummy Care, Tummy Tamers, Peppermint Oil, 90 Enteric Coated Softgels 
Nämä kaksi tuotetta halusin kokeiluun oikuttelevan vatsan vuoksi. Nuo Ohhiran maitohappobakteerit maksavat järjettömän paljon (n.$50), mutta olen valmis maksamaan, jos ne tosiaan toimii. Piparminttukapselit ovat onneksi edullisia.
These 2 are meant to settle my upset stomach. Those Ohhira's probiotics are extremely expensive ($50), but if they really work I'll pay that. Peppermint soft gels were much more affordable.
