Sandy Aqua

Olen ihan rakastunut turkoosin ja pronssin/ruskean yhdistelmään. Tämä on oma versioni aivan mielettömän upeasta Frida Skoglundin meikistä. Oma silmänmallini ei ole ehkä paras meikkeihin, joissa korostetaan silmän sisänurkkaa; tulee helposti vähän sellainen hajataittoviba. Pitää vielä testata tuota Fridan versiota, jossa turkoosi on lähinnä alaluomella.

Milanin pohjustaja toimii todella ihanasti. Nämä sivukuvat on otettu melkein 9 tuntia meikkaamisen jälkeen. Ja olen ihastunut uudelleen Urban Decayn Smog-luomiväriin. Vapun varjolla laitoin myös hieman glitteriä sisänurkkaan. En olekaan pitkään aikaan kaivanut LIT glittereitä laatikosta.

Vaatteet piti tietysti miettiä väriteeman mukaan. Tuo ihana mekko on Dorothy Perkinsin mallistoa. Juuri sellainen täydellisen värinen turkoosi. Pitäisi vaan hankkia muhkea alushame helman alle.

I've fell in love with turquoise/brown combination. I saw an amazing look on Frida Skoglund's blog and make my own version. My eyes are not the best shaped for this kind of look where the inner corner is heavily colored. But I still like this a lot.

My lovely teal dress is from Dorothy Perkins. <3 (I just need to buy a petticoat.)

Burgundy Day

Laitetaanpas pitkästä aikaa kuvia päivän kokonaisuudesta vaatetusta myöten. Sain eilen paketin Dorothy Perkins nettikaupasta ja pitihän minun päästä testaamaan heti yhtä mekkoa. Meikki tuli tehtyä vähän sitä ajatellen. Olen huomaamattani ajautunut tekemään todella tylsiä silmämeikkejä ja vaikka tässäkään ei ole mitään ihmeellistä, niin oli kiva käyttää välillä useampaa kuin yhtä sävyä... Tämän meikin jujuna oli yhdistää kylmää ja lämmintä: hopeaa ja pronssiin taittavaa ruskeaa.

Tämä mekko voisi hyvin olla myös Lip Servicen mallistoa, mutta löytyi tosiaan Dorothy Perksinsin ale-osastolta (on nyt myyty loppuun), hintaan 26e. Eli aika kiva löytö. Olen löytänyt tuolta monia muitakin ihania mekkoja. Toivottavasti tekstissä ei vilahtele ihan älyttömästi kirjotusvirheitä, sillä olen kärsinyt aivan käsittömättömän kovasta migreenistä koko päivän.

In English:
Here's today's make up and outfit. I ordered 3 dresses from Dorothy Perkins and this is one of them. I wanted to try it on immediately and my make up was inspired by this outfit. Too bad this dress is already sold out. It really reminds me of Lip Service for some reason. But this cost only 26 euros.

My eye make has been very boring lately. This one isn't really super exciting either, but at least it has more than one shade. I wanted to combine cool and warm colors. And I really like the result. (I hope there aren't too many typos in my text, because I've been suffering from a really bad migraine the whole day.)
