Sain sitten kuitenkin himoitsemani Reel Sexy -kokoelman Heroine -huulipunan (19€) Hesan ständiltä. Olen aiemmin hieman vierastanut tällaisia hyvin punapohjaisia violetteja (siksi esim. Violetta on jäänyt hankkimatta). Mutta nyt kun olen käyttänyt todella paljon violetteja huulipunia, alkoi tämäkin houkuttelemaan.
I did get the much wanted Heroine lipstick from Reel Sexy collections (I got it from another town). I don't usually go for really red based purples (that's why I don't have Violetta), but as I've been wearing a lot of purple this started to interest me too.
Huulipuna näyttää hylsyssä hieman tummemmalta kuin huulilla. Heroine on koostumukseltaan 'matte' ja todella ihana sellainen. Todella pigmenttinen, liukuu huulille täysin vaivattomasti ja tuntuu todella kevyeltä. Russian Red on hyvin samanlainen koostumuksen puolesta, kummatkin ovat pigmenttisiä, mutta eivät ole kuivattavia. Smoked Purple taas on melko hankala levittää eikä koostumus ole lähelläkään näitä kahta, vaikka sekin on matte.
The lipstick looks a bit darker in the tube than on lips. Heroine is a matte lipstick and lovely one at that. Very pigmented and glides on to my lips so easily and it feels light. Russian Red is very close to this one, both are pigmented, but non-drying. Smoked Purple isn't as nice, because it applies unevenly.

Huulilla Heroine näyttää melko kirkkaalta, fuksiaan vivahtavalta. Tämä sävy sopii varmasti todella upeasti vähän tummempi ihoisille, mutta hyvin se menee myös meille kalmoille. :)
On lips the color looks quite bright. This shade probably looks amazing on darker skin tones, but it suits us deathly pale too. :)
This is a beautiful color. I'm really thinking I'm going to have to get it.

ReplyDeleteI'm so glad I got this. It's a bold color, but not too bright. But it stains A LOT. I still have pink lips the next day I've been wearing this.
